Tonic weight loss from the moment I made the call to Lydia and then having a verbal consultation with Mr Awad and then watching his video was amazing. I can’t thank this company enough for helping me make the right decision and have my op. The staff before and after care were simply amazing. They couldn’t do enough for you. Mr Awad music in surgery rocked well what little I heard lol. They kept me comfortable and happy throughout my operation. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The after care dr Henry nurse Chris nurse Juliet nurse Kerrie to say a few. The whole team were simply amazing. Thanku so so much.

Great service from day one when I enquired. Cat my coordinator was great answered every small question I had with zero pressure. I actually decided to not proceed and waited 2 years before re-connecting with Cat. Again she was super patient and when I said I wanted to proceed she made it happen quickly as I only had a small window due to work commitments. All the staff at Burcot Hall were I had my procedure were amazing, soo nice. They all deserve medals! My surgeon Mr Awad was also great, he explained everything and I felt fully confident and happy with him. Not to mention I am now 3wks PostOp have the neatest incisions and (Touch wood) have had zero complications! Also the Tonic aftercare team is amazing, the support during the first few weeks is soo reassuring knowing someone is gonna call you can talk to about any concerns!

From the initial enquiry to now 2 months post op I have received excellent customer care. The whole Tonic aftercare team are very knowledgeable, provide clear and concise information on how to manage each step of your weightloss journey and most importantly they genuinely care.
